SCT Unlimited is an application-based program that provides software and education only. Enrollment is offered at our discretion following an application and briefing, and is not guaranteed. This policy describes how refunds are handled for amounts paid in connection with the program.

2. Software and education — no performance guarantee

Because SCT Unlimited provides software and educational materials and does not manage accounts or place trades, fees are not tied to, and refunds are not based on, trading outcomes or performance. No refund will be issued on the basis of trading losses or results.

3. Refund eligibility

Any refund eligibility, including applicable time windows and conditions, will be set out in the specific program agreement you receive at enrollment. Where digital materials, software access, or services have already been delivered or substantially used, amounts may be non-refundable to that extent. The terms of your signed agreement control in the event of any conflict with this page.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with your name, the email used at enrollment, and your order details. We will review eligibility under your program agreement and this policy and respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
